Why this is not the free course
Microsoft, Google and LinkedIn all give away AI fundamentals, and the government's free DTA module is a fine 20-30 minute starting point. Do it if you like. This workshop starts where it stops.
Generic courses teach what AI is and how to prompt. Almost none teach context management, verification discipline, token cost awareness or agent theory. That's the layer where work actually gets reliable.

How long does the session take?
Two hours, on-site at your office. That's the whole thing. No pre-work, no homework.
How many people can attend?
Up to about 20 in a session. Past that it stops being hands-on, and hands-on is the point.
Do we need technical skills?
No. If someone can use email and a web browser, they can do this.
What do we need to bring?
Laptops, a projector or screen, and whatever AI tools you already pay for. Bring real work, the messier the better.
Is it safe for our company data?
Data safety is a core part of the session: what goes into an AI tool, what never does, and why personal accounts are the risk nobody talks about.
What if we have more than 40 staff?
Cohorts or a layered rollout. We'll recommend one based on how you're structured.
